To ensure clarity and a smooth planning process, please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy: Non-Refundable Deposits All deposits paid to secure your event date are strictly non-refundable. The deposit serves as a commitment to your event and secures the date in our calendar. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible to confirm if the DJ is available for your new date. While we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, availability cannot be guaranteed. Payment Through Website Please note that only the initial deposit payment is processed through our website. Any remaining balance or additional payments should be arranged directly with DJay Phunny Entertainment. Pricing Adjustments The total price is subject to change if additional details, as specified in the contract, differ from the initial booking request submitted on the website. These adjustments will be communicated prior to finalizing the agreement. Booking Confirmation Please note that the booking is not official until the contract is signed. After receiving your booking details online, followed by a phone call to finalize all details, and we will send the contract for review and signature, By booking with DJay Phunny Entertainment, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy.
